A Day to Restore Those Who Care for Others

You dedicate your life to supporting, healing, and holding space for others — yet too often, your own nervous system is left depleted.

The New Year Renewal Retreat for Helping Professionals is a science-informed, soul-centered, one-day immersive experience designed specifically for caregivers, healthcare providers, and mental health professionals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic stress, or emotional overload.

This retreat bridges neuroscience, somatic practices, and ancient wisdom traditions, helping you understand why mind-body practices work — and how to apply them to restore energy, emotional capacity, and purpose in both your professional and personal life.

Renewal Intentions & Learning Outcomes

By the end of this retreat, you will:

  • Understand the neurobiological mechanisms behind breathwork, movement, and mindfulness
  • Learn polyvagal-informed and heart coherence techniques to support nervous system regulation
  • Increase emotional resilience, vagal tone, and heart coherence • Reduce burnout and compassion fatigue through embodied self-regulation practices
  • Reconnect with your “why,” recovering clarity, presence, and purpose
  • Leave with practical tools you can apply personally and professionally

This experience is both educational and experiential, supporting changes in knowledge, competence, and performance.
